We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

If you cancel within 6 hours, we will refund you the full amount. Please be patient as it can take upto 45 days to reflect in your bank account.

If Paus; cancels a session due to a valid reason, you will get Paus; credit to use in the future for any service at Paus;

Force majeure: PAUS; shall not be in breach of this Agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, quarantine, restriction of international travel, terrorist attacks, war, fire, explosion or accident, interruption or failure of utility service.
