Together, we are hosting an exclusive pop-up event at PAUS;. Spend your weekend with us and have the opportunity to participate in a Fit Flow Class led by Yusur, combining the elements of yoga and pilates. Set against the serene backdrop of our garden, this class promises not only physical rejuvenation but also a chance to connect with your and others on a deeper level. Following the class, Yusur will facilitate heart-to-heart conversations and journaling sessions, using prompts designed to foster unity and self-discovery among participants. We will then gather for a casual brunch. It's a chance to unwind, connect with others, and share experiences in a laid-back setting.
